Ledgent is currently seeking a Controller for a company in Orlando! This is an immediate direct hire opportunity.

Duties include:

• Manage the financials for 20+ locations
• Budgeting and Financial Statement Preparation
• Financial Reporting
• Oversee the accouting team
• Partner and communicate with vendors and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of senior accounting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (highly preferred)
• Experience in the property management or real estate industry
• Experience preparing financial statements

This is an in office position.
